Skinny Peanut Butter Banana "Ice" Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas sliced and frozen
  • 2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. If bananas are frozen, thaw for about 5 minutes. (If bananas are fresh, slice and then freeze for about 1 hour.)
  2. Add bananas, peanut butter, and milk to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add additional milk if needed for a smooth and creamy texture.
